ABOUT

Carol Goossen is a lifelong learner with decades of experience in education. After more than twenty years at Foundations Learning Center in Winnipeg, she started Learning Solutions in April of 2024 to continue her work in adult education under her own name.

Carol holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Waterloo (1979) and a master's degree from the University of Manitoba (1989). She has also completed certifications in Canadian Language Benchmarks, Essential Skills Profiling, Prior Learning Recognition, CELPIP, Adult Literacy, and Family Literacy.

Carol enjoys her work immensely, and takes pride in walking beside her students as their cheerful collaborator as they progress on their lifelong journey of learning. Her success rate has been very high, and she likes nothing more than to hear of the many ways in which her patient instruction has improved lives and realized dreams.
